Sürat Kargo Marked My Package as Delivered but I Never Received It
On March 28, 2025, my package, which was supposed to be delivered by Sürat Kargo İzmir/Buca Adatepe branch, was marked as delivered, but I have not received it. When I contacted your branch and spoke with the courier, I was informed that the package was left at the apartment entrance without even obtaining the delivery code. Despite the records being opened, Sürat Kargo is still investigating, and there has been no response regarding the stolen package for four days. The courier claims to have left the package at the apartment entrance without obtaining the delivery code or even notifying me. If the package was left there, who stole it?! Since this is a legal matter, I expect an urgent response. If no response is provided, I will take legal action.
