Doritos Refuses to Take Back My Expired Products

As a Fritolay distributor, we have been purchasing Doritos and Lay’s products from the Akınlar/Ankara distributor for two years, but we are experiencing serious issues regarding the return or replacement of expired products remaining in our stock. We currently have expired products worth between ₺10,000 and ₺15,000 in different package sizes. I have previously submitted a similar complaint. Despite repeatedly contacting Fritolay customer service, they only say that they have sent an email to the relevant company. The distributor falsely claims that the company has closed down and refuses to take back the products, yet they continue to visit us every week to sell new products. None of our previous requests have resulted in a solution. We have invoices for all the products in our possession. We request that all expired products be either collected or replaced with new ones. We expect our issue to be resolved urgently.
