Lay's Yogurt and Seasoned Greens Chips Was Spoiled


Just discovered that the Lay's Yogurt and Seasoned Greens Chips I bought were moldy. I included a photo of the defective chips and a detailed explanation of the problem in an email that I sent to info@fritolay. Sadly, the reply I got didn't go beyond mentioning the purple chip in the photo to solve the bigger problem. Regarding the mold issue, I did not receive any constructive criticism. discovered that comparable complaints regarding moldy Lay's products have been lodged in prior years. When it comes to Lay's quality control, I am both disappointed and worried. For a product of your caliber, the overpowering moldy flavor is intolerable. It is critical that you treat this issue with the seriousness it deserves and check that your manufacturing procedures meet the exacting requirements of your brand. Trust and safety for consumers are directly affected by this issue, so it's not trivial.
