A Black Substance Came Out Of Lay's Chips

I recently purchased Lays brand chips, and to my dismay, the chips were covered in either rotten potatoes or an unknown black substance. The quality was so appalling that I had to throw them away. Hoping to treat my kids to a tasty snack, I bought more Lays chips, only to find that they were all inedible. The appearance alone was revolting, and I shudder to think about it. I've decided to steer clear of Lays from now on and wouldn't even consider getting close to them.
This isn't just about taste; it's a matter of health and trust. The black substance needs to be analyzed by the agriculture ministry. How can a brand, trusted by so many, serve such tainted products to children and adults alike? Lays, you should stand out from third-rate brands. In my 30 years of enjoying chips, this is the first time you've made me lose my appetite. Beware, the images can be disturbing to your stomach and mental well-being.
Our consumer was contacted and informed. Best regards, PepsiCo Turkey Support Team Beverages: Snacks:
I was interviewed, but no clear information was provided. They only asked if the package existed. I said that I had thrown away the one that was trash. I still don't know what this black substance is. I couldn't obtain sufficient information.
