I ordered the Lava brand large cast iron grill pan from Lava’s official store on Amazon. The product arrived today, and I was extremely disappointed to see that it was visibly deformed and defective right out of the box.
The black coating is peeling off in multiple places — both inside and outside the pan. This is unacceptable for a brand-new product, especially from a well-known company like Lava. I expected a durable, premium-quality item, not one that looks used and damaged before first use.
I am requesting an immediate replacement for this faulty pan. Lava, please take responsibility and resolve this issue promptly. A product in this condition should never have passed quality control.
