I Want a Replacement for My Lava 26x40 TP 2640 Pan After Coating Burst

On December 28, 2024, I purchased the Lava 26x40 lv p TP 2640 EDT cast iron pan. Unfortunately, on February 17, while using it under normal conditions, the coating suddenly burst in two spots during cooking.

This is unacceptable for a product that is supposed to be durable and safe for long-term kitchen use. I used the pan properly and followed all care instructions, yet the surface failed in less than two months.

I am formally requesting a replacement for the defective item. Lava, I expected better quality and reliability from your brand. Please resolve this issue promptly by honoring your product warranty and sending a new unit.
