I purchased the Lansinoh hands-free breast pump from the E-Bebek store on September 25, 2025. The suction power of the product is extremely weak and insufficient in my opinion. In addition, the pump leaks milk from the bottom of the cup, causing the already limited amount of milk to spill and go to waste. Because of these issues, I am not satisfied with the product at all.
I experience the same problems every time I use the pump; it is not a one-time issue. I have not contacted the store or the brand yet, but at this stage, I am requesting a product replacement. I kindly ask that this issue be evaluated quickly and that the store provide an exchange for the product.
