Lane Bryant Customer Service Lies

I placed an order with Lane Bryant 22 days ago, but despite my numerous calls to customer service, it still hasn't been delivered. When I made my initial call, they confidently informed me that my order was on its way and would arrive within two days. However, after three days passed without its arrival, I decided to make another phone call. Gwendolyn, the customer representative, clarified that there was a technical issue causing a delay in handing over the package to the courier. However, she assured me that the package would be shipped today. Regrettably, the package has yet to be delivered. On this occasion, I voiced my dissatisfaction and firmly requested a refund. At first, they proposed a partial refund of 85% of the total cost. However, after a thorough conversation, they ultimately agreed to provide a complete refund, with the exception of the shipping fees. Currently, I'm patiently awaiting the completion of the refund processing. I am extremely disappointed in your company's performance.
