Lane Bryant Dress Return Complaint - Store Credit Instead Of Refund
I promptly returned all 8 dresses that I bought online from Lane Bryant the following day. I made sure to keep the tags intact as I didn't find them to my liking. This was my initial experience with ordering from this brand online. Typically, I prefer to shop in-store so that I can see and feel the fabric before making a purchase. I believe I was influenced by the captivating and aesthetically pleasing visuals. Kay, the customer service representative, assured me that the refund would be processed within a few days. After three days, I discovered that they had given me store credit instead of a refund. I wasn't satisfied with your products and I'm considering shopping from other stores. Why are you pressuring me to make another purchase? I would like a complete refund to be credited back to my credit card.
