I Face Faulty Lancome La Vie Est Belle Perfume With No Scent And No Support

I purchased the La Vie Est Belle perfume directly from the official Lancôme website (Order No: LNI1000334909). I have been using it for about a week now, but the perfume has absolutely no fragrance. Whether I spray it into the air, on my wrist, or on my clothes, there is no detectable scent—it feels like spraying plain water.

When I contacted Lancôme customer service about this issue, I was disappointed to be told that returns were not accepted. I then asked if they could at least examine the product, but this request was also rejected. I paid ₺2,812 for this perfume, and receiving a defective product without any offered solution has been a huge disappointment.

I am requesting that Lancôme resolve this issue by sending me a replacement perfume. As a trusted luxury brand, I expect Lancôme to stand behind its products and provide proper support to its customers.
