I recently placed an order on the official Lancome website after winning a La Vie Est Belle tester perfume through their promotional prize wheel (Order No: LNC1000585735). My package was delivered today to my address, but upon opening it, I realized that the promised tester perfume was missing. The box itself arrived slightly damaged, which made the situation even more disappointing.
Although the other products I ordered were delivered, the La Vie Est Belle tester perfume was not included. I have not yet contacted customer service, but I expect this issue to be resolved without delay.
I kindly request that Lancome immediately send me the missing La Vie Est Belle tester perfume and ensure proper packaging and quality control so that similar problems do not happen again.
