On September 7, 2025, I purchased La Vie Est Belle perfume directly from Lancome’s official website under order number LNC1000585030. The package was delivered to me on September 11, 2025. I have been using this perfume for years and normally buy it from Sephora, but since I was away, I decided to order from Lancome’s own site for convenience.
To my disappointment, the product I received is clearly not authentic. The packaging design is completely different from the genuine one, the barcode looks the same but the QR code does not work, and the scent disappears within seconds after spraying. Even worse, it caused redness and irritation on my skin.
I immediately contacted Lancome customer service both by email and by phone, but I have received no response at all. Since I only discovered today that the product is counterfeit, I have not yet initiated the return process. However, I paid 2,625 TL for this item, and it is unacceptable to face such a serious issue with such a high-priced purchase.
I demand an urgent refund or the delivery of a genuine replacement product. Given that my trust in Lancome has been severely damaged, I primarily request a full refund. I expect this matter to be resolved quickly and without further delay.
