About 10 days ago, I purchased a Lancôme La Vie Est Belle 30 ml coffret perfume from the Boyner store at Marmara Forum in Istanbul. Since I started using the product, I noticed that the fragrance has no lasting effect at all. In fact, even refill perfumes or inexpensive deodorants last longer. This has led me to question the authenticity of the product.

I still have the purchase receipt and have already contacted Boyner. They informed me that the product would be sent for testing, but so far, no clear resolution has been provided. I definitely want to return the product, as I am not satisfied with it. Moreover, the store did not provide any information regarding return or warranty conditions at the time of purchase.

I am requesting an immediate resolution and a full refund for the product.
