I Face Unpaid Balance Issue on Lama Voice Chat App

I downloaded the Lama Voice Chat app and joined an agency. However, the agency owner deleted the app and disappeared, leaving my remaining quota unpaid. This app advertises itself everywhere, yet it allows such unreliable situations to happen. I’ve already withdrawn ₺15,000, but I’m still owed ₺20,000. The management only paid me half of what I earned, and I’m requesting that the remaining balance be paid immediately.
