Lama Chat Password Reset Impossible After Old Number Deactivated

I can’t access my Lama Chat account, which is registered to my old phone number (ending in 0129). Since I forgot my password, I contacted the support team, and they sent me my password as “love**20.” However, two characters were missing, so I still can’t log in. Because I no longer use my old phone number, I’m also unable to reset my password.

My account contains previous payment information, and I want to regain access to it. I request that the full password be shared with me or that I be given an alternative solution to recover my account. This issue has been ongoing for about three months, and I kindly ask that my problem be resolved as soon as possible.
