Lacoste Did Not Replace My Damaged T-Shirt Despite Visiting the Store Twice

I bought a t-shirt from the Lacoste store in Kentpark AVM, Ankara, Turkey. I noticed that there was an alarm hole damage on the t-shirt and went back to the store and informed them about it. They told me that it would be resolved in a very short time, but despite 2 weeks, the solution has not been reached yet. The store manager and staff's indifference to the issue are completely insensitive and they did not accept the damage caused by their own staff and did not direct me to replace it. It was a very bad experience. Despite visiting the store twice, two weeks have passed and there is still no result. I cannot understand how a global brand like Lacoste works with such bad managers and bad store staff. Thank you for your understanding.
