Lacoste L Spin Deluxe Shoes Color Transfer and Deformation
I started using the Lacoste L-Spin Deluxe Men’s White sneakers, which I purchased from the Lacoste online store, about a week ago. My order number is 8297390320813130p1. One of the two different fabrics on the shoes transferred its color onto the other, and deformation also occurred. I used the product normally and did not apply any special cleaning or maintenance. Although the product is still under warranty, I received negative responses from Lacoste customer service despite contacting them twice. I have been inconvenienced by this situation and request a refund for the product.
Progress
I purchased the Lacoste L-Spin Deluxe Men's White model shoes from the official Lacoste app store on 15.07.2025, paying 5,799.00 TL. The shoes consist of two colors, and about a month after purchase, on a rainy day, I noticed that the colors bled into each other as a result of the shoes getting wet. This situation is both visually disturbing and definitely does not match the quality of the product.
Due to the problem I experienced, I sent the shoes for inspection twice through Eren Perakende, but both times the result was negative and the issue was presented as user error. Even though I wore the product under normal conditions and did not use it outside its intended purpose, I encountered this problem and the brand's approach has greatly disappointed me.
It is unacceptable for the product to deform in this way. I expect Lacoste to stand behind its product and request a refund of the 5,799.00 TL I paid for my shoes.
