Lacoste Does Not Accept Warranty, Shoes Popping Open on Every Side
I bought a pair of shoes from the Lacoste store at Izmir IstinyePark Shopping Mall, but within a short period of 2-3 months, they developed a noticeable opening on the sides. I sent the product for inspection within the warranty period. However, it was rejected, and they cited reasons for non-acceptance. It's not normal for a pair of shoes to develop openings on both the right and left sides within two months. I demand that necessary actions be taken to address this issue.
