Lacoste Denied Refund for My Scratched Bag with Crease Mark from Hilltown Store
Approximately two months ago, I purchased a bag from the Lacoste store located in Küçükyalı Hilltown. Upon receiving my purchase, I noticed a clear crease mark that I expected would diminish with time, but unfortunately, it remained unchanged. Even though I took great care of the bag, it has scratched quite easily. I submitted it for inspection, but my claim was denied. This situation has been quite disappointing, particularly since the bag is still covered by its two-year warranty, and I'm already encountering these quality problems. I have been addressing this issue for two months and am seeking a complete refund. I intend to escalate this matter to Consumer Rights if needed. I request that Lacoste address this issue justly.
