I have been a regular user of La Roche-Posay products, but for the first time, I’m facing a serious issue. My toner, which is well within its expiration date, has developed visible sediment throughout the bottle. Unfortunately, I had already been using it for a while before noticing this problem.
What is this sediment, and why has it appeared? This is concerning for a trusted brand. I expect an immediate response and explanation, as well as guidance on how to proceed. The issue is clearly visible in the attached photos, with residue present throughout the bottle. Please address this quality control issue as soon as possible.
