On March 11, I ordered a La Roche-Posay Toleriane Gel Mousse Face Cleanser (150ml) from Amazon.com. Thanks to fast shipping, it arrived the next day. However, the product is clearly not authentic. I have purchased this exact cleanser from a pharmacy before, and it had no scent, as stated in its official product description. But when I opened this one, it had a strong, unpleasant chemical odor—almost like gasoline.
This product is completely unusable due to the overpowering smell. Since I had to open it to notice the issue, I’m unsure how to return it. But at the same time, there was no way to detect this problem without opening the bottle.
I demand a full refund or replacement with a verified authentic product. Amazon should ensure third-party sellers are providing genuine items—this is a serious quality and safety issue!
