Canon G3470 Printer Developed Serious Problems Within Two Months
I purchased the Canon G3470 printer from the Vatan Bilgisayar store through the Trendyol application on December 25, 2025, and I am using the device in Samandağ, Hatay. Even though I have owned the product for only about two months, the problems I have experienced have been extremely disappointing.
Even before the printer completely malfunctioned, the photo print quality was already very poor. Because of this, I continued using it only for regular document printing. Approximately two weeks ago, air started forming inside the ink tubes. The ink would flow slightly and then move backward again, which prevented the printer from producing proper prints.
Today, at around 7:10 p.m., while the printer was operating, it started making repeated clicking and rattling noises internally and suddenly began pulling paper on its own.
It is absolutely unacceptable for a product to develop these kinds of problems in such a short period after purchase. Since the device is still very new, I do not want it repaired. Instead, I request a full product replacement with a new unit.
