I recently ordered a La Roche-Posay serum, but the packaging was incredibly disappointing. When the package arrived, the serum had leaked inside, soaking the box and damaging the contents. The box was wet, torn, and crushed as if no care had been taken during transit. This unprofessional packaging led to the product being unusable, and it’s frustrating to receive such poor service after paying a substantial amount. Both the seller and the shipping company, Kolay Gelsin, need to improve their standards. I’m highly dissatisfied with how this was handled and am requesting a full refund or replacement. Proper care in packaging and shipping is essential, and this experience has been unacceptable.
