For my 2-month-old baby with atopic skin, I purchased lotion and shampoo from the La Roche-Posay Lipikar line based on my doctor’s recommendation. I bought the products from İpek Pharmacy located in Kayseri Forum Mall using my credit card. Since it was doctor-recommended and I trusted the brand, I felt confident about using them.
However, when I applied the product to my baby’s skin, it created a burn-like appearance, and my baby became very uncomfortable. Instead of improving the atopic condition, the products made the skin worse. I had seen similar complaints in reviews but chose to trust the brand and ignore them—now I deeply regret it.
At this point, I am very concerned both about the money I spent and the negative effects my baby experienced. I request that La Roche-Posay conduct a thorough investigation into these products, refund the amount I paid, and cover the medical expenses related to the treatment of my baby’s skin.
