I purchased the La Roche-Posay Lipikar Baume AP+M face-wash gel and moisturizer from a pharmacy because they were recommended for very dry and atopic skin. I used them regularly for 2 weeks. However, the products provided no real moisturization for my skin. Immediately after washing my face and applying the cream, my skin continues to flake and I have developed allergic reactions. Before using the products I did have dryness, but I saw no improvement and indeed the issues worsened.
Paying such a high price and not seeing the promised effect has been truly disappointing. I even used the moisturizer in combination with another product, but the result did not change. I have not contacted customer service or discussed a return with the pharmacy yet. I returned the face-wash gel, but I also want to return the moisturizer and request a refund for the amount I paid.
Therefore, I request a return of the moisturizer product and a refund of the portion I paid for it.
