I used the La Roche-Posay Effaclar A.Z Gel-Cream regularly for about 2 months. I purchased the product from a pharmacy. However, during this time I saw none of the promised effects and there’s been no positive change in my skin. When I bought the product I was not offered any return or exchange policy, and I was not told whether the product was covered under warranty.
I began using the product on September 4–5, and I still haven’t seen any results. So far, I have not contacted La Roche customer service. My expectation is that the product will be accepted for return and that my payment will be refunded.
I expect a resolution to this matter as soon as possible.
