La Roche-Posay Effaclar Toner Caused Burning on My Skin

On November 12, 2025, I purchased La Roche-Posay Effaclar Toner in Istanbul based on the pharmacist’s recommendation. I used the product for two days, but I experienced a severe burning sensation on my face. Because I’m unsure whether this reaction is normal or whether continuing to use it could lead to an allergic reaction, I’m concerned. I also noticed that many others have reported similar complaints.

I stopped using the product and am currently waiting for the effects on my skin to subside. I am requesting dermatologist support or a detailed explanation from the company. In addition, if it is determined that the product caused an allergic reaction on my skin, I expect to be compensated for my financial loss.

I kindly request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
