La Roche-Posay Effaclar Set Arrived Without Seal or Invoice — Refund Denied

I purchased a La Roche-Posay Effaclar Gel as a two-piece set from Trendyol, paying ₺1,764 in total. When the product arrived, it had no protective seal or packaging, and no invoice was included in the delivery. Without even opening the product, I submitted a return request, but Trendyol rejected it, stating that they do not accept returns for cosmetic products.

Receiving an unsealed, unprotected product without an invoice and then being denied my right to return it has caused me serious inconvenience and disappointment. I request a full refund for the product and a proper resolution to this issue.
