I purchased the La Roche-Posay Effaclar Facial Cleansing Gel through Trendyol and received it on September 5. I used the product in Gaziantep, once a day for about 15 days as directed. However, after consistent use, I developed severe acne breakouts and redness all over my face. These side effects were significant enough that I had to stop using the product immediately.
I have not yet contacted La Roche-Posay or Trendyol customer service, but I am extremely disappointed that a product designed for problem-prone skin caused such an adverse reaction.
I am requesting a full refund for the product and expect my complaint to be reviewed promptly. I also ask that the brand investigate the cause of these reactions to ensure the safety of future users.
