La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo+M Caused Dryness and Peeling on My Skin

I purchased the La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo+M product from Dermo Eczanem about 20 days ago. When I first used it, I felt a burning sensation on my face, but I assumed it was normal since I had just started using it. However, during the following 3–4 applications, I experienced extreme dryness and peeling. The same issue occurred every time I used the cream, and at this point, I believe my skin barrier has been damaged. I’m now worried about what steps to take to restore my skin.

This product has caused significant discomfort and skin irritation. I have not yet contacted customer service, but I would like to request a refund, a product exchange, or professional guidance to help repair my skin condition. If necessary, I can obtain my invoice or order number directly from Dermo Eczanem.

I am urgently requesting assistance from La Roche-Posay to resolve this issue and to provide clear guidance on how to reverse the skin damage caused by this product.
