I purchased La Roche-Posay Toleriane Sensitive Cream from a pharmacy located in Ankara Kentpark AVM. However, I immediately became suspicious when I noticed that the barcode on the packaging does not match the barcode on the actual product. This inconsistency raises serious concerns about the product’s authenticity.
To make things worse, there was no protective seal on the tube. This makes me question whether the product has already been opened or even used before being sold to me. How am I supposed to feel safe applying something to my face when I can’t confirm if it’s untouched?
I’ve always chosen La Roche-Posay because I trusted their quality and safety standards, but this experience has really shaken my confidence. A brand that markets itself for sensitive skin should be especially cautious about hygiene and transparency.
I am waiting for an official response from the company regarding the product’s authenticity. Until then, I refuse to use the cream and feel like I’ve wasted the ₺ I spent. I expect La Roche-Posay to investigate this immediately and offer either a proper explanation or a refund. Customers deserve to feel safe and respected—especially when shopping through trusted retail points like pharmacies.
