Kuryenet Failed to Deliver My Package or Update Tracking Despite Repeated Attempts
Kuryenet has yet to contact me or update its tracking system regarding my delivery. It seems like the package has not been checked or even examined, as there has been no tangible progress at all. This level of irresponsibility, combined with poor follow-up and unresponsive customer service, is unacceptable. I have never encountered such a lack of care for customers. It is incredibly frustrating to be left without any communication or updates. If no contact is made and the delivery is not completed today, I will take every possible step to address this issue. Whether through media outlets or social media platforms, I will ensure that others are made aware of this situation so they do not experience the same victimization. To everyone reading this, I strongly advise against using Kuryenet. Do not trust this company with your deliveries. Avoid them entirely.
