I Waited All Day but Got a Fake Delivery Message From Kuryenet

I had a really disappointing experience with Kuryenet. I received a message indicating that my delivery was out for distribution and would be arriving that day. I stayed home all day, ensuring I wouldn't miss it. As the day was winding down, I got another message stating they had arrived at my address but couldn't get in touch with me—despite the fact that no one ever rang the doorbell or made a call. I reside in a location where it's hard to overlook a courier when they finally arrive. Unfortunately, I attempted to reach their customer service several times, but I was unable to get through. It seems like they're only providing generic updates without putting in any real effort to follow through. This type of service adds unnecessary stress and lacks reliability throughout the entire process.
