Kuryenet Failed to Deliver My Kuveyt Türk Card for Over Two Months

Kuryenet has been unable to deliver my Kuveyt Türk card for two months. I can't understand how they operate as a courier company. Due to an address error, they failed to make the first delivery, and it seems like they have no knowledge of a communication tool called the phone since they never called. We then updated the address, but over a month has passed, and the card still hasn't arrived. I tried contacting their call center, only to find that they don't have an option to speak to a customer representative. It's a complete fiasco. I don't understand how Kuveyt Türk continues to work with such a company. (I also tried to access their cargo tracking website just now, and guess what happened? It didn't work; I couldn't connect.)
