Kuryenet Failed to Deliver My TEB Credit Card After 3 Months of Waiting

Please retrieve my card from Kuryenet and deliver it through PTT or a reliable courier company. I have been facing issues with Kuryenet for 3 months, and their lack of professionalism has caused significant delays and frustration. I previously filed a complaint, but nothing has changed. Therefore, I kindly request TEB Bank to either send me a new credit card using a proper courier service and cancel the one given to Kuryenet or retrieve the card from Kuryenet and send it via another courier company. Otherwise, I will be forced to cancel my TEB credit card entirely. Every time they come, they never call me and simply claim, "We couldn't find you" or "The address was incorrect," and then return the card.
