Kuryenet Delayed My Card for 20 Days and Marked Me as Not at Address

I just had another frustrating experience with Kuryenet that really disappointed me. I waited 20 days for my card to show up, and honestly, the whole delivery process was way more complicated than it needed to be. I was at my shop right when the delivery was supposed to happen, yet they marked my status as "not at address," which is totally inaccurate. It's so annoying to witness something as simple as card delivery being managed so badly. The ongoing communication issues and constant delays show a level of disregard that directly impacts customers. I've dealt with this kind of inefficiency before, and it's really frustrating to see a company with such a crucial role drop the ball like this. I'm hoping Kuryenet steps up and tackles these ongoing issues to enhance their service.
