Kuryenet’s delivery process has been incredibly disappointing. Even though they haven't shown up at my home or workplace, they persist in sending messages stating, "We came, but you weren’t there," which is quite frustrating. I updated my work address and scheduled a new delivery appointment, yet I received the same message again: "We came, but you weren’t there." This ongoing issue raises doubts about the level of oversight in the company. It appears that certain employees are indicating that deliveries were attempted without actually arriving. I appreciate those who perform their duties with diligence, but the lack of care from some individuals is simply not acceptable. To any manager who comes across this, I urge you to address this problematic system. I anticipate a delivery service from Kuryenet that is both dependable and clear in its processes.
