I invested in H2O Coin through the KuCoin exchange as a long-term holding, only to find out later that the token had been delisted without any notice. Normally, when a coin is delisted on a major exchange, users are at least given the option to withdraw or transfer their assets to another platform. But in this case, I logged into my KuCoin account and my H2O holdings were completely gone.
I contacted customer service, and they bluntly told me the coin had been delisted and that withdrawals were no longer possible. How is it fair to delist a coin without giving investors any opportunity to move their funds? Am I expected to log in every single day just to see if my investments have vanished?
I made a long-term investment with real money, and KuCoin has effectively erased it without accountability. This kind of negligence is unacceptable from a platform that claims to be reputable.
KuCoin, I demand a clear resolution and compensation for the loss of access to my H2O Coin. Investors should not be punished for holding. You need to give users a chance to recover their assets—not lock them out and call it done.
