On KuCoin, assets can be delisted within hours of purchase, which I can accept as part of the risks. However, when trying to transfer these assets to another platform, I found they are essentially being held hostage. There’s no support, no explanation, and no accountability.
For example, I’m unable to withdraw Trias as the networks are closed. KuCoin even had the audacity to claim withdrawals are possible until December 8, but the system doesn’t allow it. This lack of transparency and communication is beyond frustrating. Once I manage to recover my assets, I will never use KuCoin again. This experience has shown me that KuCoin is nothing but regret. I demand immediate resolution.
