I have been using Kotex Ultra Normal 24-count pads for years without any issues, but this time I purchased five packs online through Hepsiburada and started having serious problems. After using these recently purchased products, I have been experiencing severe redness, irritation, and itching on my skin for about three days. The symptoms have become intense enough that I am even considering going to the hospital. I also noticed that, unlike the product I used before, these pads barely stick to my underwear and do not stay in place properly.
Because I have used the same product for such a long time and am experiencing this issue for the first time, I strongly suspect that the items sent to me may be counterfeit. My order number for this Hepsiburada purchase is 483 157 158 6.
