I Face Tearing Issue With Kotex Ultra Pads — Both Normal and Night Versions Defective
Yesterday evening around 6:00 PM, I purchased Kotex Ultra Normal and Kotex Ultra Night sanitary pads from Özkardeşler Wholesale Market in Kartal, Istanbul. When I got home and started using the product, I noticed that the surface had torn after about 15 minutes. The same issue occurred with the other model as well.
Today, I had to use the pads again, and the same tearing problem happened once more. I’m 40 years old, and this is the first time I’ve experienced such a defect with any Kotex product. I have sensitive, allergy-prone skin, and Kotex is the only brand I can safely use, since other brands cause allergic reactions.
The batch numbers of the products are HP30670542381 and 61269139. To report the issue, I called Kotex customer service (0850 number) three times, but the calls were disconnected immediately without ringing, and I could not reach anyone.
I kindly request an explanation regarding the defect, as well as a replacement or full refund for the defective products. I hope this issue is resolved as soon as possible and that Kotex ensures such quality problems do not happen again.

I encountered similar problems every time I used the product, and this situation has disturbed me greatly both in terms of hygiene and usage comfort.
I have previously submitted my complaint here, but I have not received any response or solution from Kotex. Although I do not have a receipt or batch number for the product, I request that my grievance be resolved, an explanation be provided regarding this issue, and my damages be compensated.
I expect the brand to show the necessary sensitivity regarding this matter.
