I Experience Pad Disintegration and Adhesive Problems With Kotex

I have been a loyal Kotex customer for many years, using your products with confidence. However, I recently encountered a serious quality issue with two different packs of “Kotex Ultra Long.” When removing the pad from my underwear, it does not maintain its integrity—it splits into pieces and crumbles apart. Meanwhile, the adhesive layer sticks to my underwear and is extremely difficult to clean. This situation has been very disturbing for me both in terms of hygiene and overall comfort.

I want to emphasize that this issue is not limited to a single pack. About 2–3 months ago, I purchased two packs. I experienced the same problem with every pad in the pack I used last month. Now, during my current cycle, I have started using a new pack this week and am facing the exact same issue with all the pads again. If necessary, I am willing to send one of these pads for inspection.

If I remember correctly, I purchased the products from an Ankara City Gross store. The remaining pack I have shows an expiration date of 02/10/2025 and includes the code “cz42 a 21:33:20.” Experiencing such a quality issue with a brand I have trusted for so long has genuinely shocked me and raised serious concerns about the product’s reliability.

To support my complaint, I will also attach images of the product. I request that this issue be urgently investigated, that I receive a response either in writing or by phone, and that my grievance is properly addressed.
