I Face Severe Itching and Rash After Using Kotex Pads

I hadn’t used Kotex pads very often before, but last month I saw a discount on a multi-pack and decided to buy it. During my period and even afterward, I started experiencing severe itching, redness, and irritation. It felt like a bad rash or burn — the itching was so intense that I scratched until I bled. I had to use an ointment, and it took nearly a month for my skin to heal.

Yesterday, I got my period again and had to use the same Kotex pads since I still had them at home. Within just one day, the same symptoms came back — redness, itching, and burning all over again. I can’t understand how this is possible or what chemicals or materials are used in this product to cause such a painful reaction every single time.

This has been an awful experience, and I will never use Kotex again or recommend it to anyone. I urge the brand to investigate the ingredients and materials used in these pads and take accountability for the harm caused to consumers.
