I Face Kotex Pads Ripping Apart and Losing Cotton Within Minutes of Use

I’ve been using Kotex pads regularly, but lately, the quality has become unbelievably poor. The top layer of the pads tears within minutes, especially from the sides and upper surface, causing the cotton inside to spill out. The product has almost no absorbency, forcing me to change it every 10 minutes.

At first, I thought it might just be one defective pack, but I bought five different packages, and every single one of them had the same issue. This clearly shows a serious production or quality control problem.

I’ve never experienced anything like this before with Kotex, and it’s both frustrating and disappointing to see such a trusted brand perform so poorly. I request that Kotex investigate this issue immediately, recall the defective batches, and provide a full refund or replacement for these unusable products.
