I have been using Kotex bladder pads for a long time. For over two years, I experienced persistent itching and sebaceous cyst-like issues in my genital area, but at first, I did not associate this problem with the pads. Even though people around me repeatedly suggested that it might be caused by the product, I continued using it because I trusted the brand.
Over time, my symptoms became unbearable. I did not visit a doctor but tried various medications, none of which provided relief. About three days ago, I completely stopped using Kotex bladder pads and started using Gyno Lomexin suppositories and cream. Since then, I have noticed a significant improvement in my symptoms. This strongly suggests that my condition may have been linked to the pads I had been using for a long time.
I have trusted and used this product for years, purchasing it whenever I could find it. In the past, I bought it from Migros and Carrefour, and more recently, I have been buying it exclusively from Gratis. At the moment, I still have around 10–11 unopened packs of Kotex bladder pads at home, but after what I’ve experienced, I have no intention of ever using this product again.
I am requesting that Kotex take back the unused products I have and provide a satisfactory explanation regarding this issue. I want the seriousness of my health condition to be acknowledged, a thorough investigation to be conducted, and all necessary actions taken to prevent other users from experiencing similar problems. This is the first time I have ever had to file such a complaint, and I expect it to be handled with the seriousness it deserves.
