I Couldn't Get VIP Vısa Appointment From Kosmos Visa Services

I've been trying to reach their customer service number non-stop, but it feels like they're always giving me the cold shoulder. I'm on the phone all the time, trying to get someone to help me out, their service is so bad, what sucks is that I couldn't even get a VIP appointment. No matter how hard I try, I can't seem to get any help or the services I really need. It's super annoying to see how little they care about customers like me who just want some extra TLC. That's it, I've had it. I ain't gonna let this experience go unnoticed. I'm gonna make sure everyone hears about my complaints and knows how I feel. such terrible customer service deserves to be known,  just a heads up for others in the same situation - don't bother trying to get help from these guys.
