Efootball Account Has Been Stolen

I play eFootball mobile using a Konami ID, and between 18–24 June I lost access to my account. My account was originally under the in‑game username DARK-NEY, but after it was stolen the person who took it changed the username to DARK-riyaz, and also changed the email address and password linked to the account. I do not know how this person obtained my account details, but it appears that my account has been stolen and I can no longer use it as before. I have not yet been able to reach Konami or eFootball support about this issue. I kindly request that my eFootball mobile account linked to my Konami ID be urgently investigated and recovered, that any unauthorized changes be reversed, and that full access be restored to me as the rightful owner.
