FedEx Package Scam Used My Name and Cost Me R$150,000 — Is This Fraud?

My name is Silvia Regina Car***, CPF 048.131.218-88, and I live in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I am writing about a serious situation involving several phone numbers using the name of FedEx in connection with an alleged international money package from the United States. The main number initially used was +234 707 220 30**, and later other numbers were also involved: +1 (754) 229-48**, +1 (361) 613-13**, +1 (201) 314-06** and +55 71 9400-04**, this last one presented as the delivery person in Brazil. The people behind these numbers claimed that there was a FedEx package containing money that would be delivered to me, and they also provided the tracking code D-P59110254 as if it were a real FedEx shipment. They used the website http://Tatlogistics.org as part of this supposed delivery and tracking process, presenting it as if it were an official logistics or FedEx-related page. Since around the 17th of this month, I have been making several payments and I also shared my bank details, believing that these payments were required for the release or delivery of this supposed FedEx package. In total, I have paid approximately R$ 150.000. Up to now, I have not received any real package or clear proof of a legitimate shipment, and I have not contacted the police, my bank, or other authorities yet. Based on the behavior, the use of multiple phone numbers, the organized way they act, the use of the site http://Tatlogistics.org and the large sums of money involved, I am convinced that this is not an isolated person, but a trained criminal group (a gang) using the FedEx name as part of a professional scam operation that may also be deceiving other people. For this reason, I believe this case is serious enough to require an in‑depth investigation that may involve international cooperation and, if necessary, Interpol or similar authorities. I am requesting confirmation from FedEx regarding this case: I would like to know if there is or ever was any legitimate FedEx shipment associated with my name, any of these phone numbers, the tracking code D-P59110254 or the site http://Tatlogistics.org, or if this situation is completely unrelated to your official services. I also ask that this incident be investigated as a possible organized fraud using the FedEx brand, and that I be clearly informed whether this is a fraudulent use of your name, so that I can take the appropriate measures with the authorities, including my bank and international law‑enforcement bodies if needed. I expect a clear written response confirming whether this case is a fraud involving misuse of the FedEx brand and whether there is any actual shipment record related to me in your system. I also state that I am ready to fully cooperate with the police, judicial authorities, FedEx and any other possible victims to help clarify the facts and prevent new people from being deceived in the same way.
