League Of Legends Gnar Emote Drop

I am writing regarding a problem with a League of Legends promotion connected to a Twitch subscription. Around two months ago, I purchased a subscription on Twitch that clearly stated I would receive a League of Legends emote drop. I accepted and claimed the drop on Twitch as instructed, and the promotion stated that the emote would be delivered to my League of Legends account within about a day. Despite this, the emote has never appeared on my account. After noticing that the emote was still missing, I opened a support ticket. I was told that the issue would be escalated to higher-level staff to help resolve it, but instead of any real follow-up or solution, the ticket was simply closed without the problem being fixed. I am still without the emote I was promised, even though I fulfilled all the requirements and paid for the subscription. At this point, my expectation is very clear. I would like the promised emote to be immediately delivered to my League of Legends account without any further delays. If, for any reason, this is not possible, then I expect a refund for the Twitch subscription that was promoted with this reward. I also request a clear explanation of why the emote was not delivered in the first place and why my earlier ticket was closed without a proper resolution.
