Recover My eFootball KONAMI ID After Unauthorized Access
On 8 July I started having serious hacking problems with my eFootball Konami ID account. My account with the username “efb_himel0” and User ID “ASKH-996-830-702” appears to be compromised, and since then I have been facing an ID login problem. I did not request any deletion or risky action on my account, but I have a screenshot showing a screen that mentions a user ID deletion process, and another screenshot that shows my Konami ID details, including User ID “ASKH-996-830-702”, Konami ID “h995591764” and the registered email address “tubask612+***@via.tokyo.jp”. I believe that this email address has also been hacked or accessed without my permission. I also received an automatic email from the KONAMI ID Portal saying: “We have received a request to change the registered email address for your KONAMI ID… 074528 is the verification code for h995591764… Please refrain from sharing your KONAMI ID login information or verification codes with any third parties.” I did not request this email change and I did not use or share this verification code with anyone, so I see this as a clear sign that someone is trying to hijack my account and change the registered email. By 1 August, when I tried to log in again, my KONAMI ID email was already changed without my permission and I could no longer access my account properly. Because of this unauthorized email change and the possible deletion process, I am extremely worried that my eFootball Konami ID and my data are being misused. I request that my eFootball Konami ID account with User ID “ASKH-996-830-702” and Konami ID “h995591764” be urgently checked for unauthorized access, that the hacked email change be reversed, and that my KONAMI ID and full access to my account be restored. I also ask for clear information on what happened to my account and registered email, and for all necessary security measures to be taken to protect my data and prevent any further abuse. I can provide the screenshots and emails I received as evidence if needed.
